All vehicle requests should be calendared 2 weeks in advance.
Vehicle request will be given scheduling priority based on the order received and magnitude of the event.
All drivers must be approved by Mount Pleasant Baptist Church and be listed on the insurance.
Large buses require driver to possess a CDL license.
You must pick up the binder along with the keys from the church office prior to trip.
ALL paperwork inside the binder must be completed and returned with the keys upon return.
Applicant will be notified upon approval of request.
