Our MPBC Disciple Now weekend is October 9-11 for students in sixth through twelfth grade.
The theme is RE:PURPOSE, based on 2 Corinthians 5:17. Our goal is to challenge students to evaluate whether their lives are truly centered on Christ. For students who don't know Christ, we want them to see the need to become a new creation through the gospel. For believers, we want to encourage them to repurpose every area of their lives so that Christ is once again their highest priority and greatest pursuit.
To receive the early bird discount of $90 and guarantee your shirt size, please register by September 16. After September 16, the price increases to $100. The deadline to register for DNOW is October 1.
Our next mission trip will be to Gallup, New Mexico to encourage Rob & Michele McIntosh. Both men and women are invited to take part in this trip to the Navajo Nation!
Service opportunities may include preparing firewood, completing various repairs, and leading women’s fellowship and crafts. We are also collecting donations for Christmas meals for the McIntoshes to deliver at a later time ($75 to feed one family - donate here, select “other,” and specify “MPBC Creator’s Fellowship, Gallup NM”).
For more information, contact Alan Kirks and stay tuned for the upcoming Interest Meeting.
After DNOW, we will be hosting a fundraiser in the CAC! Join us for some family fun as we have lunch together before bidding on desserts to support youth summer activities!
