We strongly believe that every Christian should be involved in a local church. Church membership is important as it provides the foundation for our core values. Worship as a Way of Life, Walk With Other Believers, Work for God¹s Kingdom, and Witness as a Way of Life. There are three ways to join:
Through Baptism
Christian baptism is the immersion of a believer in water in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. It is an act of obedience symbolizing the believer’s faith in a crucified, buried, and risen Savior, the believer’s death to sin, the burial of the old life and the resurrection to walk in newness of life in Christ Jesus.
Through Transfer of Letter
For the individual who has accepted Christ, been baptized by immersion and is a member of another Baptist church; a letter of transfer will be requested on your behalf.
By Statement of Belief
For the individual who has accepted Christ, been baptized by immersion and is NOT a member of another Baptist church; your statement of Faith in Christ and desire to join with us will suffice.
